Fiji Sun's editor Stan Ritova has a penchant for featuring Pacific Media Watch in his gossip column, Close Up. Recent examples:
Sunday Sun, 7 May 2000:
They're at it again. I couldn't help but smile at a copy of a fax that was passed my way last night.
The topic of the fax - this column!

Fiji Sun, 16 February 2000:
Ritova's comment about the PMW report on the resignation of the Fiji Sun's editorial board over ethics
