This Web site will collect factual information about Bill White and the paranoid fantasies that arose when he was dismissed for misconduct from the Divine Word University in Papua New Guinea.
As a result of his dismissal, Bill White and his one-man organisation Coppcar have taken it upon themselves to victimise and defame anyone associated with that organisation. These include staff of the University such as Trevor Cullen and Peter Barter, and anyone assisting them such as Trevor's lawyer Jeremy Malcolm. He has also waged similar campaigns against various victims from the Catholic Church, such as Father Michael Manning, Sister Judy Ann Murphy, and Cardinal Roger Mahony.
Bill White uses terms such as "Society of Venereal Disease" (or SVD, which actually stands for Society of the Divine Word) and "Butt Boys"to denegrate his victims. He accuses them of fraud, lying, cheating, sexual misconduct including pedophilia, and corruption. At one stage Bill White was apparently an attorney, or at least impersonating one, but it is suspected that he was disbarred. For more information about him, see this forum.
Mr White has been sued for defamation and countless of his Web sites have been taken down, but his mental problems make it difficult for him to distinguish reality from fantasy. Anybody who attempts to speak reason to him is dubbed a "rascal". A report from a psychologist will be posted on this site in due course.
In order to list his sites in the search engines, Bill White always concludes his pages with lists of links such as those that you see below. These links contain defamatory material, and so I should make it clear that their contents are almost entirely false. However, you are welcome to peruse them with a critical eye in order to satisfy yourself as to Bill White's mala fides.
