Only genuine messages from us will remain on this website. The other offensive and malicious postings will be trashed.
Bill White, at least have the spine to sign your own name! If you continue to abuse this website, just like you have with discussion boards at Pacific Islands Report and other websites, then we will close it.
The First Amendment protects freedom of speech NOT freedom of defamation and obscenity!

Trevor Cullen has been cruelly and falsely slandered by the former mission worker White.All who have met Fr Cullen know that he is a decent and kind man, and in no way does he deserve the terrible things being said about him on the internet by this strange man. ------ Date Posted: 21:08:16 11/10/02 Sun Author: PETER BARTER Subject: NOTICE TO ALL CONCERNED IMPORTANT NOTICE For some years, this company, myself and the Divine Word University in Madang have been a targeted by a William H White, a US Citizen who was a volunteer lecturer at the Divine Word University in Madang. He was terminated by the University President shortly after he arrived for strange behaviour. Since his departure, DWU and those associated with the University have been have harassed, stalked, defamed by this person who seems to have nothing else better to do other than make a nuisance of himself at the expense of people who are dedicated to their work in developing PNG. (Although I am a Member of the Governing Council of DWU I have never met Mr White.) In an attempt to stop the SPAM, I wrote to him requesting he cease using the internet to defame the University, the clergy and staff, this letter was then downloaded onto the net with his imaginative remarks. On a subsequent visit to Los Angeles I had meetings with the FBI and the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The FBI was sympathetic but apparently does not have the power to deal with such an offence. The Catholic Diocese had previously been targets from abuse by Mr White and recommended that we ignore his action and he would stop, this has not happened. We met with our attorney in LA who advised us that if we took Mr White to court and won, it could cost a considerable amount of money and the chances of actually restraining him from the internet could be difficult. For the past few years we have ignored Mr Whites constant emails, we do not open the websites he has secured under my own name, the Diving Word University and others. We are aware that he has continued to download mischievous information and the allegations he makes are quite false. Mr White has at least 80 email names addresses registered, he has sent countless messages to influential people, the media and even messages in my own name to myself. The website hosts have been asked to remove them in view of his intolerable behaviour and they have asked us to provide a "court order". Today we have instructed our lawyers to have "court order" issued. We will also be laying charges on Mr White with the Los Angeles Police Department. The success will largely depend on the Justice system in the USA. If Mr White was charged under PNG law, he would be jailed. Those people who know Mr White realise he is mentally unstable and like ourselves ignore him and his continual harassment. I, my family, staff and the executive and staff of DWU are sick and tired of his constant abuse of the internet. He has caused considerable emotional stress on all of us for a long period, he has also caused my business to suffer which in turn affects the welfare of tourism in PNG and the future of my staff. I presume this is Mr White's objective. If you have any doubts as to the authenticity of this message, we ask you to verify what I have stated with the American Embassy in PNG, the PNG Embassy in Washington, the Catholic Archdiocese in Los Angeles and Transparency International. All aware of Mr White cowardly action and realise that he is a very sick person. If you receive messages from Mr White, our advise is to ignore them. Keep in mind he has numerous email addresses, very few emails are signed by himself but having read this message, we hope that you will have some background to the defamatory way he has taken it upon himself to damage my Company and the reputation of the Divine Word University.
